📄️ Initiate Purchase

Initiate the purchase process for a slot. This is used when payment is required for booking the slot.

📄️ Register

Book a customer into a slot. No payment must be required, meaning the customer must be able to register for free using the provided customer membership or the appointment type must allow free drop ins. If payment is required, the `/membership/:id/initiate_purchase` endpoint should be used instead.
